About the speaker:

Recent press has dealt extensively with Climate Change, Global Warming and GHG or Kyoto Gases. Focus has been on the US EPA new GHG regulations. Europe and California already has regulations. On January 1, 2010, EPA_s GHG Mandatory Reporting Rule (MRR) began affecting 10,000+ facilities. The Oil and Gas Industry begins in 1 Jan 2011. Others are in the making!

The American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 has goals of a 17-20% reduction of Green House Gases by 2020. Further reductions along with required monitoring and reporting began in January of this year.

This presentation summarizes EPA MRR requirements and provides answers to key questions. How do they affect my company? What should I do for full compliance? What measurement system considerations are required to obtain good balance information?

Beyond compliance there are significant benefit opportunities that can be realized. What are those benefits? Using the right measurement system and procedure, including Smart and wireless devices, loss control and energy efficiency results in TRIPLE WINNERS!!! Improve Profit, Improve Safety, and Aid in Regulatory Compliance.
